This week ends our series of messages called The World Is A Better Place With You In It. I was so excited to be a part of this series along with Carl Sensenig, and Jon Wenrich. I’ve heard some great stories about ways people gave appreciation cards to others. One person told me that after the first Sunday, he rushed home to encourage his neighbor with a card. Others have found ways to bless those who they noticed for the first time. If our eyes are open, we will find people all around us doing some very meaningful things. This Sunday, I will focus on “faithful friendships.” Do you have a friend that is always there for your good? Is there someone in your life that pushes you to grow up in Christ? I’ll be talking about those types of relationships this Sunday. I can’t wait to see you during our worship gathering. Oh, one more thing! This Sunday afternoon is the Community Fall Festival. It is a great time as we meet neighbors and others from our community. Don’t forget to bring some friends along for this relaxing afternoon. And of course, there are lots of activities for your children.
