Hi Reign forest friends,
In week three, we head to Acts 16:13-15. We look at a moment from one of Paul’s travels where we meet a woman named Lydia. Lydia had a unique skill: the art of making clothing with purple dye. This set her apart and gave her standing among the “upper crust” of Philippian society. Lydia also followed God. When Paul and his companions traveled to Philippi, they found Lydia and other women meeting and praying. Lydia became a follower of Jesus and became a leader in the church at Philippi. We practiced retelling the Bible story using story props. Then we shared examples of some spiritual gifts and ways we can help others. Bottom Line: Use your gifts to help others. Bible Memory # 5: God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another (1 Peter 4:10, NLT). Have a wonderful week! The Reign Forest team
