Contentment: Deciding to be happy with what you got.
Bible Story – I Hurt Him for the Grapevine (Naboth’s Vineyard); 1 Kings 21:1-19, 27 Bottom Line – When you focus on what you don’t have, it can make you miserable. Memory Verse – “Greed causes fighting; trusting the Lord leads to prosperity.” —Proverbs 28:25 NLT Dear friends and families of the REIGN FOREST, It is week 2 of learning about Contentment! We focused on the story of King Ahab not being content with what he had. Instead he kept thinking about how much he wanted Naboth’s vineyard. He thought about it until he was willing to take Naboth’s life in order to have the vineyard for himself. When you focus on what you don’t have, it can make you miserable to the point where you may do things you will wish you hadn’t. So instead focus on what God has provided for you in your life...and Thank Him! Have a great week! The REIGN FOREST Team
